Recovering in Mid Coast Maine

My energy was limited after my stem cell transplant. So I decided to visit Maine because it was only a four-hour drive — and beautiful!

The region of Mid Coast Maine generally starts at Brunswick and extends north to Belfast.

I was still using my iPhone and needed a lot of rest, so I only took a few photos. I rented a cabin near Bass Harbor, on an inlet. It was near the end of autumn so it was quite misty by then.

Maui always observing…

I dined on the mandatory fresh-from-the-boat lobster—which I couldn’t really taste because of all the chemo. But I tried!

A few other snaps, and then I was worn out.
