Discovering the Shores Surrounding Boston
Though the team at Tufts was impressed by my progress after the stem cell transplant, it became clear that I should stay around Boston for some time.
So I started exploring the neighborhoods of Boston, including both the North and South Shores. I found the beach areas the most soothing. Because I’m a history nerd, I also visited the sites I’ve read about in books in Massachusetts.
